Vaporization: In approximately 20ml of water, dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil into an oil burner. Light candle under the burner and let the aroma diffuse around the room. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops of oil to a handkerchief or tissue. Hold near the nose for a few moments and inhale the vapors.
